SWINE FLU SYMPTOMS AND PREVENTION

Swineflu is a Reapiratory disease and highly canlogious, according to the healthcare protection agengy.Our bodies haven,t build up immunity.So it is Easy to catch and transmit.So for 1700 people around of the world have died from it .
Swine influenza virus is common throught pig populations worldwide.Transmission of the virus from pigs to humans is not common and does not always lead to human influenza.

Swine flu is common in pigs in the midwestern United states, Mexico,Canada,South America,Europe,Kenya ,Mainland china, Taiwan,Japan and other parts of Eastern Asia.

CAUSES:
Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through caughing,
Sneezing, or talking by people with influenza .
Some times people may become infected by touching somthing such as surface or object with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose .
This H1N1 virus will alive in harder surface upto 24 hours.in smoother surface morn than 5 hours.

  • Runny Nose
  • Stuffy Nose
  • Tiredness
  • Body aches
  • Head aches
  • Chills
  • Fatigue

  • Diarrhea

PREVENTIONS AND REMEDIES.

  • Seasional Flu Vaccine.
  • 2009 H1N1 Vaccine.

  • Always cover your mouth and nose when caughing or sneezing.

  • Avoid touching your face,nose or mouth too frequently with your hands.

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
  • Use higher quality masks capable of filtering out some respiratory infections are most expensive.
