Eyes are the "Windows of the soul".But in this stressful life nobody have time to care about their eyes.



what type of eye problems are common.
  • Because of sunlight we will get some Eye problem.
  • sitting close to the TV will harm your Eyesight.
  • If you will spend lots of time infront of your computer you will get Visual problems.
  • some vitamin deficiency also create Eye problem.
  • Because of some virus infection also you will get eye problem.

Here are some helpful Eye Care Tips.

  • Carrots are improve your Eye Sight.
  • Carrots are an excellent source of Vitamin A.
  • Certain Minerals are also thought to be connected to eye health like Zinc.
  • vitamin C,A and E, folic acid,selenium and Zinc are useful for the health of your Eyes.



  • Keep a light on when you are watching TV.
  • Read in a good light.Dim light won't hurt your eyes but can tired them more quickly.
  • If you have glasses are contacts use them.
  • Position the moniter so it is at or just below eye level and a little farther away than you'd hold a book while reading


  • Use an antiglare filter on your computer moniter.
  • Position the computer moniter not straight to your eyes little down of your eyes .
  • Take frequent breaks from whatever you are doing to give your eye muscles rest.
  • Take every half an hour five minutes break to your eyes.

  • Eat healthy food like Carrot, Cucumber,Green Leaves,Green Vegetables.

  • When you feel tired on your eyes simply close your eyes for 5 minutes.
